Returns

Due to the nature of SaaS-based digital products, if you have confirmed/accepted the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We strictly offer “no refunds” once delivery is accepted by the Buyer. 

In case, you have not received the purchased item within 24 hrs, then you are eligible for the refunds. To track your delivery/shipment, we use 3rd party courier tracking service SoftParcel.com thru which you’ll be able to confirm the delivery of the purchased item whether you received it or not and will also reconfirm that item was purchased by you willingly.

It is mandatory to complete the signoff process after receiving the delivery of service within 10 hrs thru SoftParcel.com, Failing to do so will limit your account activities.

In case, you haven’t received the purchased product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Specifically, Software or digital services available on our website.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded depending upon the conditions mentioned above, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Since, we sell Saas-based service thru our membership products on our website, due to the nature of the product there is no exchange that shall be provided to you.

Return Shipping

Due to the nature of the product i.e. SaaS-based digital products, there is no need to send us your purchased item back. We’ll simply cancel your membership so that you’ll not be able to use the product anymore.
